We have some products in stock, but the majority of our products are special order and take between 3 and 4 business days to receive.

Do you deliver?

We can setup residential deliveries to most cities in the United States with our logistics partners.

Do you offer design service?

We offer free design consultations with our showroom staff. Our staff have years of experience in flooring and can offer design advice. We can also refer you to professional designers licensed in interior design.

Should I buy extra material?

We always advise you consult your contractor for your order quantities which will include waste. We also advise ordering extra tile incase you need to do a repair in the future.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.

How small of a grout joint can I use?

Standard grout joints are 3/16”. Many factors determine grout joints, therefore it is important to discuss with your licensed installer. Please refer to The Tile Council of North America’s website for more information.
